Yoga for Kids (โยคะเด็ก)
Methodology: Budharas Yoga for Kids employs a child friendly update of traditional yoga techniques in an easy-to-understand and playful format. We honors and educates the whole child by addressing their body, mind, spirit and creating a sense of connection to the world around them. The model of teaching involves a co-creative and dynamic exchange between the teacher and the children. This connection is a sharing that enables the blossoming of their mutual health, humanity and love.
- Kids (Age 4-8)
- Preteens (Age 9-13)
- Teens (Age 14-18)
Class includes posture, breathing, relaxation and meditation by playing with postures, using games, songs, arts and visualization. Benefits to your little one besides having FUN!

Benefits added to your bigger one--Preteens and Teens
- Use yoga as a toolbox to help fix things that happen in their day-to-day lives.
- Boosts confidence, body strengthening and toning, and gives good posture.
- Build leadership skills by leading poses for an entire class.
Teens will practice most of the same yoga as adults. Some advanced practices will be introduced e.g. body locks and some breathing techniques.
Language: Class taught in English. Interpretation into Thai will be done for some key words if needed.
