Kay is the founder of Budharas Yoga, completed her yoga
teacher training in an Iyengar style and taught yoga in Connecticut,
USA before she moved back to Thailand in 2009. Kay also teaches a
diverse blend of meditation techniques drawn from her long-time
experience of Vipassana (Insight Meditation). For Kay, the joy of
teaching is guiding students to relieve suffering physically and
mentally and become enriched at deeper levels of themselves through
yoga and meditation. Her certification includes: 200-hour level of
Iyengar style yoga by Kim Valeri at YOGAspirits Studio, Relax &
Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher by Judith Lasater, Radiant Child Yoga
and Yogakids. Kay assisted Judith Lasater and Cora Wen in Yoga
Journal Conferences in the United States and Thailand.
