"In the past, I have attended yoga classes in
various studio, and gym settings in different countries, finding Kay
among the best.
Her classes are set in a very warm
environment where elements of meditation are subtly present.
The
classes are well paced with each set of postures being wisely
counterbalanced. I never felt any pain after her classes.
I can
feel that she knows which muscle groups and bones are engaged in
each posture and tailor each class to students' ability.
She explains variations of the posture, so each student can
adjust to their experience and comfort.
There is no
"competition" or judgment in the classes.
Each does their
own practice according to their ability and progress from there.
Kay is a very nice, active and opened minded woman.
She is
always available to her students after class, by phone or mail,
which makes a big difference!
